For new graduates, Encore Rehabilitation offers a supportive environment that fosters continual learning experiences and promotes professional development. On a regular basis, the facility-based manager meets with the employee to review performance and determine appropriate steps for professional growth.

For experienced therapists, Encore Rehabilitation offers a career ladder that will enhance the employee’s professional development, whether it be into facility based management, multi facility management, quality assurance, program development or another area.

To ensure that communication channels are always open, each Program Manager will conduct a regularly-scheduled, monthly staff meeting at their facility, and all therapists are invited to attend quarterly regional staff meetings where they receive continuing education training and recognition.
