Remote Opportunity for a Regional Recruiter To Join Our Team As We Grow!  Healthcare Recruiting Experience A Must, Preferred Experience in Allied Health.

Provides recruitment support to regional management teams by referring qualified applicants for identified open positions. At the discretion of the Regional Recruiters, leads will be obtained through various methods of recruitment activities, including but not limited to; electronic postings, social media, email, cold-calling, attendance at local and state recruitment events, direct mail, and postings at schools and universities. The overall objective is to consistently exceed monthly placement goals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  1. Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  2. Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process (full-cycle recruiting).
  3. Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
  4. Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
  5. Identifies, screens, and refers qualified applicants to facility based and regional management personnel to fill open positions in a timely manner.
  6. In conjunction with Manager, ensures that the recruiting function fully supports operational needs by managing the recruitment team, processes, and recruiting strategies.
  7. Develops and manages strategies to increase company recognition and creates a sense of enthusiasm with potential candidates to shorten the recruitment process and increase acceptance rates.
  8. Identifies, communicates, and resolves any procedural issues brought to his/her attention promptly.
  9. Provides feedback to the company regarding competitor activity and other relevant information.
  10. Attends state and national shows, visits schools and universities, as well as other events as assigned or needed to professionally represent Encore Rehabilitation Services.
  11. Reports all activities as directed in a timely and accurate manner.
  12. Conducts themselves in a professional, ethical and legal manner at all times.
  13. Maintains ATS as outlined by Manager to include detailed notes of candidate interactions, verification of candidates’ contact and license information.
  14. Adheres to established confidentiality standards per Administrative Authorization access as defined in the HIPAA policy and procedure manual.
  15. Performs other tasks and duties as assigned by company management.



  1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent professional or industry experience.
  2. Previous recruitment experience preferred.
  3. Ability and willingness to work evenings/weekends. Available for overnight travel as needed.
  4. Regular attendance.
  5. SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) preferred.
  6. Hands on experience with applicant tracking software programs and HR databases.


Physical requirements for this position are classified as medium under the Department of Labor classification. The employee must be capable of exerting 20-50 pounds of force occasionally (less than 1/3 of the time), and/or 10-20 pounds of force frequently (1/2 of the time), and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly (2/3 of the time) to move objects or office equipment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, kneel, bend or crouch. The employee is required to have visual and hearing acuity sufficient enough to perform the above duties.
